Chiara and Luca’s family is responsible for the full implementation of Tierra Kilwa, including the coordination of the territorial design, legal and real estate structuring, commercial management, financial planning, ecological guidelines, and the development of the project’s common infrastructure and systems.
Entrepreneur specialized in the management and coordination of regenerative projects, agroecology, ecosystem restoration, inclusive value chains, and the development of regenerative farms. Luca brings technical knowledge that integrates strategic vision, operational management, team coordination, and economic sustainability. His experience includes permaculture design, landscaping, organic vegetable production, ecological land and water management, and regenerative food systems. He is the visionary behind Kilwa’s productive and territorial systems.
Specialist in project planning, implementation, and management, social-rural innovation, and entrepreneurship, with more than 15 years of experience in territorial development and the facilitation of community processes. Chiara leads the project’s operational management, as well as governance, community relations, care for human processes, and territorial articulation. Her experience includes non-formal education with communities in Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
